With 25 years in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), Dzul Fazli has trained thousands of officers and specialists, shaping the nation’s military leadership. As a former Commanding Officer and Wing Commander, he specializes in leadership development, coaching, and strategic operations, focusing on trust, empowerment, and resilience.

PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS:

Dzul has designed and led leadership training programs at Officer Cadet School (OCS) and Specialist and Warrant Officer Institute (SWI), implementing the Engagement Strategy to strengthen instructor-cadet relationships and enhance training effectiveness.

His international experience includes leading humanitarian efforts in Timor Leste under the UNMISET mission and coordinating the ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting (ADMM) in 2007, demonstrating expertise in strategic operations and diplomacy.

As a Certified Professional Transformational Coach, he mentors professionals across industries, applying proven coaching methodologies to enhance leadership and team performance.
